MY STORY
I didn’t start building systems because I loved operations.
I started because I was burning out.
For years, I thought being a good business owner meant being involved in everything.
Every question.
Every problem.
Every decision.
My businesses were growing… but my life was shrinking.
Even when I was home with my wife and kids, my mind was still at work.
I was constantly thinking about team issues, customer problems, scheduling, hiring, payroll, and the next fire that needed to be put out.
And eventually, I realized something:
I didn’t build my business for this.
I built it for freedom.
For family.
For time.
For peace.
So I became obsessed with figuring out how to build businesses that could grow without depending on me for everything.
That journey changed my life.
Now I share everything I’ve learned about leadership, systems, remote teams, and founder freedom through my book, podcast, and content.
